Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order in the USA

Every order ships free to all 50 states, with no minimum purchase and no coupon code needed. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped from our shop in Toms River, New Jersey. Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves us.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. Orders to the Northeast usually arrive sooner. Because we ship from New Jersey, orders to the West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii are at the longer end of that range.

Multiple signs

Signs in the same order ship together in one package whenever possible. That is also why our Buy 2 Get 1 and 20% off $100+ promotions are a good deal for us too: one box, one trip.

Damaged or missing packages

Every sign is packed flat between protective layers. If a sign arrives bent, scratched or damaged, email a photo to signmyroom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us and we will help track it down.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
